MC Folding Adult Trike

I love my folding trike! I had it for one year now! compact, sturdy, confy, affordable. Get the seat with the back rest, worth it. And don’t forget to put air on the tires every so often! Excellent for shopping and for sightseeing. I wish the basket was on the front instead of the back to carry my dogs!

I was able to assemble this in approximately 3 hours. It would have gone a lot faster if the directions were more descriptive. Photos were sometimes helpful. Other times, it was difficult to ascertain the angle of a part/step.

For example, the instructions could have been more descriptive when it came to the chain assembly. It would have been helpful to be told to swing the rear derailleur downward to thread the chain into place.

After getting help from an experienced cyclist on the brake and gear adjustments, the bike has been a success.

It took about an hour to assemble the tricycle. I like the trike, but the seat was too low. I had to order a long seat stem. The rear slots in the frame for the axle were bent; like the box was dropped. The other issue i have is the wheels are not true. The rear wheels wobble quite a bit. I'll have to take them in to be aligned.

I am in love with my bike and cannot wait to go riding on it! (I've only been up and down my driveway so far. XD)
My only complaint so far is the directions wer very poor. There was even a point where the directions were incorrect. Fortunately, I was able to find a decent video online, so between the video and directions, it's all put together, but I'll be having a bike shop look at it to make sure it's right. I know basically nothing about how bikes operate, so the gear/chain area is possibly not correct due to my ignorance and the poor directions.
But the bike itself is lovely!

Looking forward to getting it put together when I return from a trip. Shipping time was great!

We received the Trike a little over 1 and 1/2 weeks ago and laid out all the components on the ground. After careful consideration, my wife and I concluded that assembling it ourselves would be too challenging. We reached out to 6 different bicycle shops, most said no - that it would take up too much space and finally, one of them offered to put it together for us at a cost of $165.00. We were not prepared to incur any additional expenses for the assembly of the Trike, as we were unaware of the extensive assembly required and the need for specialized bike/trike expertise beyond our own knowledge. The Trike is currently being assembled at the bike shop, and we expect to have it back by 5/20/2024. I will provide an update online at that time!
