I was able to assemble and make all the correct adjustments with the use of your manual and YouTube videos. Will be taking the first ride today and taking my tools to adjust the derailleur as I go. Did not use the basket, but put a cooler there in place of the basket. So far, quite pleased.
I wish I had bought a trike a long time ago but they didn't have the mountain trike then. I have the 27.5in / 7 speed and I really like riding it, really great, good bike glad I got it.
When I first received my trike it came in a large box in good condition. I was very excited to put it together but just a warning if you have no experience putting bikes together you’ll want to have someone who is experienced to help you. The instructions that come in the box are not helpful at all. It just gives you an idea lol but it’s not detailed. Some of the “tools” that the box came with only work for some things also, not everything so best to have your own set in case. Overall once the bike was complete & I put air in the tires it was nice to drive around.
I love my bike it's wonderful
My wife really likes her trike. When we go out for our little crusies in the neighborhood she gets alot of comments on how "cool" he trike is and where did you get it? We say "mooncool.com!" I did have a an issue with a bad bearing and I worked with customer support to sort that out. They were always reassuring me that the would do there utmost to take care and did so by sending a new assembly. I was impressed by that. Thanks Mooncool!
