I’m super happy with my new Mooncool electric trike. This my third trike and the best one yet. A couple things I would tweak like providing reverse and allowing the throttle to work without the peddle assist but besides that it great!

The trike arrived in reasonable time and was easy to assemble. I watched the unpacking and assembly video and everything was straightforward. There were some electrical connectors that had to be plugged in, but they were obvious.
After the first test ride, the motor stopped working. Tech support did a good job holding my hand and helping me troubleshoot the issue, which included sending in several videos of the problem. It turned out to be the brake levers: When you apply the brakes, they cut off electrical power, for safety. This was not working correctly. Tech support sent out new brake levers and this fixed the issue, the trike is now working fine.
As far as the riding experience goes, I am happy. There are a bunch of videos online that go into a lot of detail on how the trike works, so I won't repeat that here.

We purchased this for my mom who does not drive but is very independent. The bike was easy to put together. It is a beautiful bike and has every feature we could need. Highly recommend.

Ease of assembly was foremost the delight of ownership. Quality of materials and packaging of the bike were a real attribute upon inspection when received. Communication with the company was fast and direct. Over all the purchase was a good experience.
