I ordered a battery for my TK1 Fat Tire but it was the wrong battery. I needed a battery for my TK1 Folding. The communication with Mooncool was prompt and to the point. I returned the wrong battery and Mooncool sent me the proper battery without a problem and with good communication.
I am very satisfied with the new battery and the communication with Mooncool.
There has been a vast improvement in Mooncool communication and service.
I would now buy a Mooncool product without giving it a second thought.

battery was shipped very quickly, was boxed very well so no damage occurred, i charged up battery and so far has vastly outperformed original battery, ive been easily getting 30 plus miles on a full charge, i can now make it to where i need to go. i just wish they offered a charger at the time they were not available.

I ordered an additional battery for my TK1 Fat Tire Bike. The package arrived damaged and if the battery was damaged they offered to replace it. Luckily it's good. 5 Stars Mooncool !!

I ask if it was in stock. And I was told it was so I order it and got it with a week. Now I can put more miles on my Fat Tire in one day. But I need warmer temperatures to start doing that .
