The woman I got this Trike for, is now able to skoot around the little town she lives in, like she owns the place. bidding "Good Day" to all she encounters on her journey. The rear basket is a little flimsy but it is holding her groceries just fine for now. I was looking at several makers and I am how very glad I went with Mooncool. Yes! All aspects of order through delivery was fantastic. I had a small chip on the left fender which was replaced immediately. Look forward to enjoying many many days of riding Into town.

I really like my red mooncool trike. It looks great and rides easy. I wish it had come with a rear view mirror or that you offered one in accessories. I bought one but it might not be as cool as the mooncool.

The assembly process was super frustrating! The manual was very hard to follow. It assumes several steps. Having it in glossy print made it even harder to see the manual. I also used 3 tutorials on line to help. After 2 frustrating days of assembly, I finally brought it to a bike repair shop. They even fixed flaws in the design. Setting that all aside, the performance of the bike is wonderful. Even topped my expectations. Nice and safe ride.

I love my new bike bought 2 my son in law assembled mine and I have been riding it a few miles per day. Not really comfortable on the seat with pedaling need to find the right spot…hopefully my son in law will be back shortly to assemble my wife’s trike

This trike is definitely the Big Boys and girls Trike. Look at the size different between the two. And with the lights I added they look like afterburners. The F20 will be taking off.
