The CG2 Cargo Bike is a wonderful ride. The 5 PAS levels with the 7 gears offer a choice of speeds that can be utilized in various situations in which you find yourself. It has plenty of power to climb steep grades. I haven't had the opportunity to ride it as much as I desire due to the on-set on winter weather yet, everyday that the weather is warm enough, I get the bike out and ride. I really enjoy the tires. I have another cargo bike. It has what's called street tires, yet they have almost no tread and I'm sure will not last as long and do not provide the quality of traction as the CG Cargo Bike. It is a great value and should be considered by anyone looking for an eBike and especially a cargo bike.

The bike its self is great. Good torque, power etc. The problem I had was the damage to the rear tail light bracket ( the metal tab was bent ) when I received it. It seems to be packaging problem because others have reported the light itself being broken when delivered. Lots of back and forth with emails. I didn’t check my spam so it took days longer than it should have ( learn from my mistake and check the spam for replies) I also had a problem with the brake levers override system that shuts power off. Found the solution on YouTube looking up the brand and model of brakes. The Mooncool support was taking too long responding.

This bike is excellent for hauling things. Great for grocery runs and picking things up at the store. It handles really well. Feels like riding a regular size bike.

The CG2 is an awesome cargo bike. Love the color and the solid construction. Great torque for heavy loads and climbing hills. The hydraulic brakes work well and has a great seating position. It also has lots of accessory options.

I am very pleased with this Mooncool CG2. It was easy and quick to assemble, has obvious quality and strength, and exciting to ride. It's effortless to mount, and if you need to carry a passenger or lots of cargo, this bike does it without breaking a sweat. Shipping was quick, and it arrived in perfect condition. Thanks for selling it at a very nice price, especially for this good a 750 watt e-bike.
